How do I return an item?

REFUNDS

Due to processing time associated with online orders, and due to the personal nature of our products, all sales are final. We WILL NOT reverse orders placed over the web.

RETURNS

If an item is damaged during shipping, please contact us at (330) 342-9137, and we will work with our shipping partner to remedy the problem. You may be required to return the damaged item, so that we can inspect, verify and replace it. No returns will be accepted if you do not notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Customer is responsible for all shipping costs.
